Congratulations! We are currently offering select reformer classes as pre/post natal friendly, please look out for these within our schedule. For your own safety, please refrain from attending classes that are not marked and pre/post natal friendly. This is for your own safety but also to make sure everyone gets the best class for what their bodies need.

1:1 Classes are also available for Pre&Post Natal Clients.
No extensive routine required, but heres a few tips we would suggest:
If it's your first class, arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can meet your instructor and get comfortable.
Fill out your waiver and PAR-Q form so our instructor is made aware of any health conditions and injuries you may have. These will be emailed to you upon booking your class.
Wear comfortable clothes, in an ideal world we suggest tight activewear so your instructors can see your form.
Reformer Pilates:
Grip socks are essential for health and safety, they will be available to purchase in the studio if you do not have any.
If you have long hair, we suggest wearing it up, please avoid wearing claw clips as this effects your posture and damages the beds.
Hot Mat Classes:
All hot classes require a towel to be used. You an bring your own towel, alternatively we sell Grip Towels in studio that are the perfect non slip sweat absorbent towels for your class.
Of course! If you cancel your class outside of the 12 hour class start time period, your credit gets added back to your account for you to use another day.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the class starting, unfortunately you will lose your credit.
Please log into your account to cancel your class.
All classes are non-refundable.
We understand somethings are out of your control, however for safety and the benefit of other clients, we offer a strict 5 minute late arrival policy. After this point it is dangerous for you to start the class and also disruptive for other clients.
Please feel free to email us if you're running late, so we know you are not a no- show!
