Reformer Pilates

Our contemporary reformer pilates classes are formed on the classical pilates principles of control, precision and flow. With the ultimate goal of lengthening muscles, working time  under tension and increasing body awareness, every movement is intentional, dynamic and results driven.

Suitable For: All Levels

Not Suitable For: Pre/Post Natal Clients unless stated.

Hot Mat Pilates

We're turning up the heat with infared, expect a dynamic mat pilates class which is heated to 30 degrees allowing you to increase flexibility, promote muscle recovery and detoxify. As you sweat, your circulation improves, helping deliver fresh oxygen to your muscles and flush out what your body doesn’t need. The result? You feel recharged, revitalized, and ready for whatever comes next.

Hot Yoga

Unlock your body's potential in our heated studio. Our Hot Yoga classes build internal heat to promote deepening of stretches and improvement of flexibility. Connecting movement with the breath you'll leave feeling focused, energised and strong.
